4 Lakh Children Can Get Free Milk
Nutrition Program is Necessary
Maryam Nawaz the Chief Minister of Punjab said that nutrition products are necessary for the children at this stage. And we have to take care of them. She requested to Children’s Mother that they keep an eye on their children nutrition. Because these children are the future of pakistan.
The Chief Minister said that the take care of children is the duty of the Govt of Punjab. The good food will be provided to them so that they can grow in good way. And also they will be provided good education so they become the good citizen. The children who study in the schools of government will start get the milk bottle soon.They will also be provided with good food so they will grow in the better way.
Punjab Region That Has Been Started Receiving Free Milk
- Dera Ghazi Khan,
- Rajanpur,
- and Muzaffargarh
At present this scheme has been started in some of the districts of Punjab but will soon this expand to all over the Punjab. The government school student will be given 175 ml litter pack of milk

School Nutrition Program Main Purpose
Punjab Chief Minister said that the main objective of providing nutrition is to reduce the nutritional deficiency. She also said that a budget of seven billion has been fix for this program, This budget will be used to improve student’s mental and educational power.
4Lakh Children Can Get Free Milk from this program. She also said that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind. In order to focus on children’s education, she gave instructions to school teachers to provide good food to children so that children can get good health with good food.
Eligible Criteria
The Punjab government has also set the eligibility criteria for joining of this Nutrition program. So, if any one students want to register in this program first he has to meet on the eligibility criteria. the eligibility criteria that is set by the Govt of Punjab is explained in this article. If you fit on the criteria then you will be easily register in this nutrition program. The eligibility criteria that set by the Govt is given below:
- Student should belong from a poor and needy family.
- The child may or may not have performed well academically
- The child studies in a government school
